I want to commend my driver on 4-23-19. Charles used his initiative and arrived a half-hour early to pick me up in New Canaan. He knew that with traffic, I would need more time to get to JFK than what I had scheduled. As a result, we had a stress-free ride and I arrived in plenty of time to get through security and relax at the gate. Thank you Charles! – Sharon

On Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018 I had such a pleasant experience I just had to let you know about it! One of your drivers, Joseph, was driving me to a family party. He was so pleasant, respectful and professional, he made the long drive go quickly with light conversation (which I began). It was raining when we arrived and he even got out of the car and helped me out of the car and opened the door to the restaurant for me. On the way home we again chatted, which helped to make the ride go quickly and pleasantly. Upon arriving at home I realized that one of my earrings was missing, I called Joseph asking him if the earring might be in the backseat. He immediately checked, told me he had it and was back at my door within minutes with my earring (which had been my mother’s). You certainly have a gem there in Joseph, I feel blessed that I was able to have met this remarkable gentleman, and congratulate you for having the foresight in having him in your company. I will certainly always be a client of Hoyt Livery!
I have used other limo services before and it seem there was always a problem on the return so I tried Hoyt and couldn’t be happier our flight was delayed and upon arrival at JFK and waiting to retrieve our suitcases for 1.5 hrs only to learn that the airline lost the luggage our limo driver was still waiting for us. We recently used their service for a round trip to JFK airport. The first driver arrived 15 minutes early and loaded our luggage and we left. There was a bit of traffic on I-95 (no surprise) so the few extra minutes were appreciated. The driver was courteous and unloaded our luggage for us at the airport. As for the return trip there is nothing better then relaxing in a limo after a long flight. We called from the luggage pick up and he was outside within 5 minutes. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. (Via Yelp)

So, I appreciate everyone in your office and dispatch “dealing” with me on site. Brian and others were especially helpful in getting the cars lined up and dispatched as quickly as possible. Every now and then you have a service experience that renews your faith in “customer care.” Last evening was one of them. I want to thank our driver (Tommy) for his courteous service, and for getting my wife and me home safely in last evening’s snow storm.
