Additional Policy Info: ALL cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time otherwise a "cancel on location" fee or a "no show" fee will be applied. "Cancel on locations" classify when the pick-up is at the home for a fee of $65. "No shows" classify when the pick-up is at the airport, office, city, or any other location (other than the house) for a fee of the total trip charged (gratuity and tolls included).
